Training Seminar

JMPancher Consulting was hired by an OEM to perform operational and maintenance training for the OEM’s proprietary iron ore pelletizing
equipment.

The training would consist of presentations and written documentation. JMPancher was contracted due to our extensive experience in iron ore pelletizing machine design.

THE PROBLEM

Create and present training material for OEM’s proprietary equipment Several different courses were produced with some focusing on end users and others focusing on training the OEM’s engineers and sales teams. The coursework consisted of PowerPoint presentations, given to a live audience by JMPancher Consultants and also written documents that would serve as manuals for the engineers and end users of the proprietary equipment. This equipment consisted of: Straight Grate Pellet machines, Traveling Grate Chain preheaters, Iron ore kilns and various rotary coolers used in the iron ore pelletizing industry.
